City Planners Property & Investment Limited (CPPIL) is a privately held real estate development and investment company duly registered as a limited liability company in Nigeria to engage in the core business of real estate development and management.

The company specializes in offering low, medium and high-end real estate development schemes. With existing portfolio which includes estate schemes in major cities in Nigeria and ambitious plans to extend its operations into other countries with the objective of becoming a leading real estate investment and development company out of Nigeria.

CPPIL’s has over the years deepened its roots by divesting its portfolio into related areas like facility management, real estate consultancy, construction, investment consultancy and human capacity development. It also recently started taking baby steps in the agricultural sector by setting up some subsidiaries to explore agricultural resources from two focal points which is from the angle of consultancy cum agribusiness project development and second from the angle of investments.
