The minimum investment is N370,000.00(Three Hundred And Seventy Thousand Naira) only, which represents discounted price of subscription for the farmland per plot only.

FCS Per PLOT

Investors are further required to invest in the cultivation of their farmland to enjoy maximum benefits on returns on investment. Under the Farmland Cultivation Scheme (FCS), farmland owners are to decide on investment choice. (See the Investment Guide).

In essence, the total investment package is N370,000.00(Three Hundred and Seventy Thousand Naira), representing the price of the Farmland Acquisition Scheme Exclusive of cost of Farmland Cultivation Scheme. (see Investment Guide)
