INVESTMENT STRUCTURE

The Farmland Acquisition Scheme (FAS) and Farmland Cultivation Scheme (FCS) processes are structured and managed by CityAgric Capital Limited.

City Planners Property and Investment Limited (CPPIL), the mother company, is responsible for land processing, documentation with approving authority, land allocation processing and provision of infrastructure on the farm.

The firm has acquired 100 Acres of land and the documentation of the land is at 50% perfection.

Agric FootPrint within the structure is responsible for consultancy, training establishments and facilitation of incubation projects, exchange programmes and study tours; exposure of farmers and agricultural establishment owners to current practices, knowledge and new technological advances in agricultural productions globally.
