FARMLAND ACQUISITION SCHEME (FAS)

FAS is a scheme where Investors purchase farmland with guaranteed beneficial ownership of the title to subscribed land and guaranteed capital appreciation. The farmland is cultivated for Crops or Livestock farming and proceeds are traded after harvest.

The farmland is offered to investors to purchase at discount of its value.

Farmland shall then be cleared and made ready for cultivation with necessary “basic and paid” farm facilities that will aid the cultivation of farm produce either for Crop or Livestock farming.
