FARMLAND CULTIVATION SCHEME (FCS)

FCS is a scheme where investors further invest in the cultivation of their land. The scheme focus is on Crops and Livestock farming with investors choosing either to operate the purchased land under FCS Options:

1. CityAgric Farm Management Scheme (CAFMS)

CityAgric Capital manages the farm on behalf of the FARM OWNER. However, FARM OWNER pays for services on the farm land from cultivation, harvest and sales of farm produce.

1. CityAgric Farm Owner Manager Scheme (CAFOMS)

FARM OWNER manages the farm wholly without recourse to CityAgric Capital farm management. However, FARM OWNER pays for facilities services.
